Funfetti Cookie Bar Recipe!

🧈 Ingredients

🤎 1 cup butter, melted

🍯 2 cups packed brown sugar

🥚 2 large eggs

🌼 2 tsp vanilla extract

🌾 2½ cups all-purpose flour

✨ 1 tsp baking powder

🧂 ½ tsp salt

Preheat your oven to 350°F

Whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.

Mix in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.

In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. 

(The batter will be thick like cookie dough! )

Fold in your favorite mix-ins if you're using them.
